Our pricing and payment packages are reflective of our flexible ethos plus there are never any joining fees or on-going membership fees. In addition to our discounts and simple pricing structure we also offer a free initial consultation the best way we feel to start to get to know our clients and their businesses.

We offer ad-hoc by the hour rates right through to long term project rates.

To provide the most cost effective package we find that pricing our services on an individual basis tends to be the best way of ensuring our clients get the best cost solution.

A BASIC GUIDE TO OUR RATES

Our rates range from £20 an hour for off-site* office assistance to £40 per hour for on-site** project services†.

LONG TERM CLIENT DISCOUNTS‡

For our ongoing and longer term client relationships we offer DISCOUNTED REGULAR MONTHLY RATES.

For example use our services regularly for 20 hours a month and the monthly invoice will be discounted by 6%.

* All off-site works are charged to the nearest next quarter of an hour.

** All on-site works are charged to the nearest next hour

† Office hours are 08:30 till 1800 Monday to Friday. All out of office services are charged at £62 per hour.

‡ Discounts are subject to a minimum 2 month business arrangement and 15 day payment terms.
